  1. Download and print the OKC Counselor Application.
  2. Download and print the Reference Form (for either Junior or Senior Counselor). Each applicant needs three references.
  3. Mail completed application and three (3) reference forms to OKC, PO Box 294, Oxford MD 21654.

If you are are hired by OKC you will be asked to compete the  following: 

  1. Counselor Info Form 
  2. State of MD form MW507. 
  3. Work Permit– necessary for all counselor under 18 years of  age. 
  4. IRS W-4 form
